How could or would you propose they'd carry this out? According to the BK ALL ISSUES of WAMU were cancelled out and without a signed waiver and thus relinquishing all rights of recourse short of distributions of any assets LEFT OF WMI/WMB, we pre's that hold OLD WAMU issues imho have ZERO RECOURSE.
This also would require imho opening this whole thing up YET AGAIN and I for one do not see that happening.
Now since you cite FORENSIC ACCOUNTING as a basis for this theory, would you mind supporting what you have found that leads you to believe this is even possible???????? TIA
