so what I hold some and a ton OF K's my point is THERE WAS A REASON THEY HAVE 10 MILLION PREFFEREDS LEFT TO ISSUE

I'm sure they do as well.
So I guess in a round about way that further supports my speculation that preffereds WILL be tradable as some point, JUST NOT YET!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again if those do not become tradable, any Iliquid assets we feel are held outside of the BK(SAFE HARBOR,TRUSTS ECT) are gonna have a difficult time coming back here, to ANY issues P's K's OR Q's.

Now the question I have had for some time is , once the BK is closed FINAL GAVEL DOWN, do rulings agreed to in the BK carry forward or do they go POOF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like I have said 100 times the more I THUNK is SEE or get it, I then get cornfused yet again.

But I would like for some to chime in and give or show ways that these assets can come back here WITHOUT THE PREFFEREDS becoming tradable, except for TOTAL LIQUIDATION and cash distributions being made
