For the dividend. SIAF is distributing half, or 18.3M shares.
That's 18.3M for 22M SIAF shares (including ECAB) or 0.83 shares for every SIAF share.

RealUSA; when referring to 0.8 TRW-shares we're talking about the dividend-shares (i.e 50% of the 36.6%). The other half will be kept in SIAF (which we then will own indirectly).

If you want to compare with the CURRENT SIAF-share, i.e before ex date, then you should use 1.7 or so (because of the ECAB-shares).
