Assuming that SIAF will repay the collateral shares loans - and that the shares are returned...

What happens if SIAF goes ex date prior to the maturity of the collateral shares, or if the collateral shares aren't returned?

In the first scenario SIAF could do the dividend as planned, and then SIAF will get TRW-shares back upon repayment of the loans - problem solved and promises kept.

In the second scenario I fear SIAF will screw us and reduce the amount of dividend-shares.
