re: SMP, there are way too many variables at this point to speculate. i do think it will merge into OMVS/RAD, but i only say this because it's logical. they share a campus, as you mentioned.
the more immediate issue is financing. i think one reason so many shareholders are pissed off is the drop from .20s to high .04s could have been a dilution-fueled short attack, a retail shakeout, rather than the market's sudden realization the stock is worthless, but with management saying nothing there's no reason for outsiders to view it as a buying opp.
this play could be the typical penny dilution machine, or if they work it right, even if financing isn't on ideal terms, PRs with big names could drive us from .07s to $1 or higher.
given recent huge volume, they must be able to PR a certain % of conversions are now done. maybe even all of it.
consider market response if a lender paid off a few notes, then refinanced everything else, and new notes couldn't convert until Q4 of 2018. i'd buy big time, i'm sure many would.
