Very possible could see another reverse merger. One thing I don't recall seeing explored is who was Steve's employer prior to RAD coming into existence. Someone can correct me but I believe there is a strong connection with SMP. Maybe we should spend sometime this weekend exploring this connection. I know it was talked about way back when. Steve's background in robotics does not lend himself to just running a regional disty. Something has been missed here. OMVS has become the flagship for SMP. Unfortunately it's not well explained the nature of the partnership. Steve is representing them in a way that is more than just a disty. They share a building. They did prior to OMVS so what gives and who is financing SMP R and D????

We get hyper focused and speculate on what we see. We may be totally missing the bigger picture of this partnership. Even if they don't merge this partnership is different than run of the miss disti's. I am guessing Steve is charged with setting up this distribution network and building this out for SMP. I suspect this is another revenue source for OMVS but time will tell.

These are all things OMVS needs to PR and disclose better

Steve has been heavily involved in the development of these Bots IMO
