Glad we agree that the minimum value of the wine brands will be $75 million with mediocre success, that's about $35 million split far more than the current market cap. Most likely given how large the category is and with a double digit growth rate for prosecco the value will be higher. I doubt the company will stop there, the cash flows will allow for more brands to be added and for marketing the Bivi vodka as well. Highly unlikely the the big boys would buy half of a brand and share revenue with ICNB, and if so still great for the company.
