Nonsense. Brewer chose the TA because it has a self-gag rule. Lots of pennies do that in an effort to dodge responsibility for their secrecy and duplicity. I've seen 100s of penny companies with self-gagged TAs. They all were/are scams. 100% ... no exceptions.
