#110598 RE: WalkInClouds #110596

Thanks WIC!
Yes I was on the conference call and have seen the Bruce Barron interview and done as much DD as I can, but I'm a corporate finance guy, not a stock guy so a lot of this is new territory for me.

Your comments about the stock being beat down by the uncertainty of its legal status resonates with me because another message board was speaking about the MJAC and saying how the investment community has soured on the CBD section because of this uncertainty...BUT, I think that's all a good thing, its creating a golden buying opportunity...and at the end of the day, the stock price has to catch up with the stock's fundamentals and that is my view...

I continue to hold in mind that unless revenue flatlined, the 2018 revenue is going to be $15M...that means after the audit is done it will confirm that at worst this stock is trading at 2x revenue...that sets a solid price floor of $.06 (my cost basis). But look at the SeeThruEquity report and the industry average is 20x revenue, which would be a value of around $.50 per share. Assume in 3 years at conservative revenue growth (30%/yr) annual revenue of $33M, that puts the price somewhere between $.12 (2x revenue) and $1.15 (20x revenue) and again that seems conservative in my mind...so from here its between 100% and 2,000% return over 3 years...of course the company has to execute.

So...that's where my lack of investing experience comes in...do you push all your chips in? Has this happened before in penny stock world and people have still gotten burned? Its probably like asking how much someone makes, but how many shares do people have of this if they believe in it (I know to never have more than you want to lose, but this seems like a once in a lifetime opportunity...am I being too pie in the sky? If its 2,000% over 3 years and you invest $30k, you make over $500k while "only" risking $30k...where else do work a day Joes like myself have that opportunity...so I'm really trying to determine "what am I missing", what's the thing I'll look back at if this stock tanks and say "you dummy the writing was on the wall"?
