Have you seen the Bruce Barren interview and/or listened to the transcript of the conference call with BB 3 weeks ago?
I think you should, might answer some of those questions.
I live in California and i've ordered the products, they're great and the whole process is impeccable, this company (Diamond CBD) knows what they're doing there. Yes federally CBD, is illegal according to the DEA who just made it illegal quietly like 6 months ago (bastards). I don't think its stopping very many people from trying it or continuing to use it. It works, its good for you and everyone knows the gubmint is working for Big Pharma protecting their profits I think its called conscious objection and also civil disobedience. its also why the shares are so cheap.
It doesn't bother me because i am counting on weed being rescheduled to class 3, eventually decriminalized and the stigma of weed disappearing forever. CBD doesn't make you high and most people know this, its wrong that it should be illegal!
You can thank the free internet for this. I just can't see them able to shut this down for good. Foreign countries are decriminalizing at a rapid rate and cannabis prohibition was something they were forced to do by the US anyway. They're taking back their autonomy as the US loses its Empire and deservedly so. The market is definitely there and this company is one that is ready to take advantage. They already are.
$POTN is a holding company and has its irons in a few fires. They've pulled out of the auto mall business and are putting their focus on CBD, rightfully so because the market is huge. Subprime loans and derivatives are about to destroy the economy again ala 2008, so this was a brilliant move. The company has the right people, the right products and the moxie to pull it off. The marketing strategy has been brilliant. just look at the sales numbers. The numbers don't lie, so much to like!

CA has the 6th largest economy in the world, we're headed for broader legalization. Canada and Mexico just legalized weed. The tide has turned and this is basically the ground floor for $POTN investors to load up under .10.
The next leg is coming, those who have been here a while feel something big is building and is about to take off. I feel it as well.
