I wouldn't say minimal downside risk.
There is still risk.
CAFC could kill it about 5% chance there,
and after that there is risk WDDD doesn't
win their case in district course.

I like to think of it as a open ended option.
You can lose it all, but will have opportunities
to sell at a profit many times in the near future.
Wifi One and Oil States offer possible serious positive
catalysts with little downside to them,
but overall the risk vs reward on WDDD is one of the better ones
MRMD stake, technically is something that will hold value,
but nobody is in WDDD for that. If CAFC kills or court loss
the sell off will be massive.
That being said, the stats, odds, and probabilities
are most definitely in our favor in a major way.
