I think you are right to point out how absurd and ludicrous the argument is.
As it stands, WDDD has patents that have prevailed through the PTAB and other cases may set precedents that strengthen World's case.
Marimed may rise giving additional value to our current holdings. The investment horizon is long, but the potential ROI is huge with minimal downside risk.
