Check the box AON to avoid getting-filled piece-meal.

Firstly, with OTC you can not place a market order, only limit order. All or none, is the same as AON, those orders only the market makers can see. Lets say for instance you want to pick 100,000 shares at 0.019, only market makers can see that order and if they have or willing to unload that much then they will sell you their batch, retail investors would not be able to see that order.

That's why you need level 2 to see who is on the ask above the current ask, if you don't have level 2 it's makes things a little tougher to predict.
