So it begs the question so where is this revenue coming from? As Mersky stated NOHO needs to stand on its own. And seeing how he has no product left and no cash and no production sounds like he has abandon drnk. As for no hype on SNNC looks like he is in hiding on all fronts. Its over here.

Oh wait, Mersky filed a 10-Q today for SNNC. It looks like Mersky is working to get SNNC current.

And just like the previous 8-K David Mersky signed it and here is what is funny - Reid Johnson signed the 8-K as a Witness.
