It's an extremely clever sentence, from Carroll, meant to inflict as much collateral damage as possible against NWBO without really saying what it tries to convey.

"That theory, which has been used by Northwest Bio and others, has been proven wrong time and again." -- Carroll, Sept 14

Northwest has not been publicly proven right or wrong in the phase III trial. The results are still blinded from the public. Of course the sentence does not say NWBO has been proven wrong, only the theory has according to Carroll. Very clever. How do Carroll and AF pile on together?

Again, another clever passage -- this time from AF.

He is not saying NWBO results failed in that particular tweet, but instead implying it as a certainty.

Feeling a need to be clever in harmony is an interesting tactic from Carrol and AF.
