The way I read it that Enotec can't use CIP patents for CE. Li is already working with several phone companies to produce BMG phones. Li's IP is unrestricted except for geographic locations like in America and Europe. Lqmt is free to use Li's patents to produce anything they want in the CE or NonCE space. The agreement restricts the use of CIP patents only. If that weren't the case the Li would have made a second agreement with Apple.

Yes. I would agreed with your view point as Eontec Amorphous metal is different with Liquid Metal in term of composition and processing. Therefore, it will be difficult for Apple to enforce the MTA on LQMT on Eontec Amorphous System. I would expect Apple to engage another round of contract discussion with Prof. Li. In anyway, I have high confident that LQMT will fly as the Amorphous department at Eontec starts to have revenue rolling in based on the last financial report from Eontec. Hold tight to LQMT stocks.
