That is comforting to read, but I just got a thought of the worst possible scenario. Buyer steals assets and dilutes this ticker. They did buy the assets by taking controlling shares, right? Could they shuffle the assets somewhere else and leave shareholders dry?

Great analysis. Risk reward for them to screw shareholders after what has been said is not happening.

This is safe even more so than most on OTC due to recent court rulings
