My guess (which is irrelevant, but I will say it anyway)...

He most likely works in a medical office. Maybe as a doctor (HD's words bear heavy weight), but also maybe as an office manager, a physician assistant, or even in medical billing - he clearly has some experience in the field.

I am 100% positive that he does not have 8000 patients - either that figure is heavily inflated or that is how many patients that entire practice has.

So regardless of who he works as, 2 events out of 300 patients, in multiple years.... sounds as if he is actually advocating vascepa!
