There will be NO holding back $SFOR PPS once the large deals are inked/announced with projected revenue, settlement wins and when the revenue is on the books! Can NOT stop company valuation increasing and it's going to be MASSIVE and NO dilution! The recent 8K is obvious there's no intentions of further dilution! ;-)

I will round up the OS to 2.32B for some near future revenue numbers. And use a conservative P/E of x10.

500M / OS 2.32B = .22 x 10 = $2.20

1B / OS 2.32B = .43 x 10 = $4.30

We know the revenue will easily reach into the Multi-Billions in the future, no doubts! That's when we could receive the buyout news of a 8B+ buyout....say o/a 2019/20.
