I did so because upon doing a somewhat extensive search I was unable to garner such information.

The initial claim was made based on a document/info read some time ago.

Unable to be 100% sure and lacking any factual proof, I chose this avenue.

It has been reported that JPM has/had liquidated somewhere in the region of $60-$100 Bil of WAMU originated loans/loan interests.

Can we assume that these were not owned/controlled by Trusts, 3rd Party Investors or WMI/WMB Subs (Safe Harbor), since JPM would have no legal authority to do so?

Also, under what circumstances would JPM be able to legally liquidate these loans and retain the proceeds?
