Beebe will serve in the dual capacity of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of both corporations until the completion of the proposed merger; resulting from personally acquiring a majority controlling interest in Vision Works Media Group (VMDG) and subsequently accepting the resignation of Vision Works current Chairman & President Ray Jogovich."
