You are correct: any monies owed to the IRS will be collected, cannot be forgiven due to a BK filing, wages/bank accounts will be garnished. That is probably another reason he got with Front Montgomery so he could put things into her name, arms length away...

If BH files BK the IRS will be first in line to collect followed by other debtors.

Such BS. They just got through a thorough FINRA filing and have been blessed. Any old information from when you tried to run this is long gone and all has been cleansed. They have bank accounts and hundreds of thousands in revenues now. Felgenhuerer, Gersh, Zaslow, Hodge, and Baird have all been CEO since BH last was. I am sorry you are not routing for the company or its shareholders. You have many miserable days ahead of you as this continues to prove you wrong.
