Better to do the expansion now before the open than it would be to open and a year later decide you want more capacity. How long would they have to shut down to do it after the fact? How many walls would need to be opened and how much plumbing need to be done to meet all the fire safety and infrastructure changes?
Good on Roger and Ben for understanding the demand and future growth potential and subsequently making a great decision to get out in front of it!
