Who knows.

We have been through this paperwork nightmare MANY TIMES over the years. Even though our claims were supposed to be filed for us by the trustee, I dare anyone to prove that. Most of us, irregardless of the Trustee sent claim and OFAC forms In many times, myself included. But over the years I made a dozen phone calls and NO ONE knew who I was, what I was about. Not a single trace of me or my forms could be found. Don't know wtf that's about, but here I am and here I stay. Waiting for money that may never come.

OK, phew, glad I got that off my chest, all vented out.

How about CT claims?.The claims were allowed, but not paid,right?.Are we going to receive distributions?
The CT claims have been partially paid throughout the BK process and continue to be paid...although to higher classes. per the POR...remember?
