You don't have to send in the forms because the trustee will do it for us or instruct us to do it. But, I sent mine in certified mailed signed and I have copies.

Jersey, I sent an email yesterday to Mr. Bush at BNY Mellon. Here below is the reply:

The Trustee filed claim forms on behalf of all holders of the Capital Trust Lehman issues. These are subordinate note issues, which Lehman has verbally stated are unlikely to receive payments from the Lehman bankruptcy. The Trustee has not received any information that Lehman will be making a payment on these securities in the near future.
