There was convertible debt that was tied to assets of the company. Wealth Colony purchased all debt and therefore came to an agreement with all note holders, whereupon they forfeit their rights to the convertibles and all liens against the company's assets in exchange for the money.
THAT MEANS WE HAVE A DEBT FREE UNENCUMBERED COMPANY
Use your heads people. Why would the hedge fund buy all of those shares to go ahead and cancel them??? The capital stock referenced in the excluded assets is explained above. There were convertible notes tied to assets, well WC bought them all out, thus the CD note holders forfeit their capital stock going forward as they were bought out.
