I tend to agree with your 1st paragraph. IMO, the plan to concentrate/focus on Avid expansion, already underway, was launched the day of the 2016 ASM---a PPHM BOD member told us then that the BOD intended to meet into the early evening hours that day. We left for lunch and our Avid tour. Whether that lengthy BOD meeting actually occurred, I do not know.

If that were the case, knowing the current BOD is in a fight for their lucrative, unearned livelihoods, don't you think they would be screaming foul loudly and clearly. I mean they wouldn't allow that to go unchecked. A bit far fetched if you ask me. Very simple, the current group is making a final weak push to grab some votes by copying Ronin's plan. And weak is kind. AIMO
