Ronin refuses and puts out his letter (without details) for essentially the PPHM plan. Not a bad play considering he is looking to take over the BOD.

And for those talking about the poor AVID numbers and 2018 outlook, well, I thought according to Ronin, that is where the value is! So why didn't Ronin see that coming?

Believe me, there is more to Ronin than AVID.
