Yes, pretty much everything I've been saying, one way or another, for years....except for one point... You say the patents have value. I say that is incorrect. If they had value, especially the sort of gargantuan value they've touted, then by this time that value would've been realized. It's as simple as that. Value....is only value when it can be realized in a reasonable amt of time. Regardless of the outside pressures that may or may not eminate from the rest of the industry, they have had more than ample time to see the value realized. Paper value is not value. Promised value is not value. Explanation & demonstration of patents is not value. Patent awards themselves, certain do not incl value. As I've pointed out for yrs, if there was truly massive value & control contained in these patents, some intelligent big dog would've snatched it up long ago, with the full knowledge that yes, there are roadblocks to realizing the value, but eventually those roadblocks will be passed. To not see that & to not act on it, is same as knowing an extinction event meteor is headed your way & you do nothing to stop it. It's that simple.
.
The only value of vplm patents is 3 cents per share & actually, in my opinion, not really even close to that because while I'm not very knowledgeable about how this works, I believe that if all of a sudden everybody decided to cash in for the 3 cents, that the stick would collapse long before that could be accomplished, therefore not worth 3 cents. Please correct me if I'm wrong about that.

Well, you made a few good points but, lost me when you stated new techology. Remember VPLM is suing for billions going backwards in infringement loses. They haven't even addressed the amount going forward.
