IMO I don't think this is the perfect scam at all. I think it's a small company that has patents in their possession that are actually worth a good amount of money and the companies that know this are simply two and three steps ahead and quite frankly own DC and its rule makers.

It's much too elaborate to be a scam. It's for real but it's paper value only and conversion of that paper value to real dollars is the problem since what is occurring now could be only the tip of the iceberg. This could go on for many more years to the point where other new patents owned by other companies are more applicable in ever changing technology.

In other words voippal could be dragged through the mud continuously until the point they are broke and beat and to the point where other new technology allows Apple and others to move on without it.
