BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT TEAM

Gunther Than- Director and CEO
Dr. Martin Maassen- Chairman
Dr. Michael Bagnoli- Director

From current VSYM website. Dr. Maasen has been Chairman so don't understand press release saying "new Chairman". Did they mean to say "new CEO"?
