I am not going to argue with you, We were told the quality of the CHS material produced initially did not meet the quality standards of the buyer. Hence, a second or possibly third batch has or is being created by Gelest. NDSU sent more raw materials to Gelest over a month ago. Gelest won't get paid until they produce CHS that meets the quality standards of the buyer. EOM
