This is interesting based on his comments they are doing something new and innovative. Beyond Optune, CI's and virus infusion therapies not a lot of options in this space. You've correctly eliminated Optune (which also would have provided some more fodder for McCain's senate "colleagues" on his mental capacity to rationalize in their mind his votes with which they disagree). He one tough hombre I hope what their doing works. If it is L I'd suspect it is with a CI element as at his age the immune system possibly/probably could use a little help.
