"I fear that ACS is going to buy this company for less than 1 million."
If you think Mark Kay is going to sell SFOR for less than $1 million after all the struggle SFOR has gone through IN THE PAST and lawsuits (which from court documents it seems defendants don't have a defense and are stalling) over many years, you are sadly beyond out of touch with reality.
From court documents (from lawsuits ACS has nothing to do with) we now know that SFOR has a contract through it's partnership with Unisys.
SFOR is a provider for the $20 billion federal SEWP contract (ACS is not a provider) which also includes the DOD.
From the first ACS webinar we know that SFOR IP is part of a government contract with a government contractor and also has contracts with two of the largest credit card processors.
HSN revenue should show up this quarter with about $200,000 or more.
The list of channel partners selling SFOR products is growing:
ACS
Alvarez LLC
Tritrium Research
Xband Enterprises
Microsoft Azure uses SFOR IP which includes royalty payments (soon to be seen in 2017 yearly report).
It's obvious that the 7 lawsuits are going SFOR's way since the defendants don't seem to have a defense and are stalling.
...and you think Mark will sell SFOR for under $1 million - NOT A CHANCE!
