Liquid metal will have to sign an 8-k when they have a new contract. When liquid metal start signing hundreds of contracts a year then smaller contracts that are not Material events because they do not impact Revenue significantly will not require an 8-k. However a contract that nets liquid metal substantial revenues would be a material event and this would require an 8-k. The Apple to liquid metal comparison is a bad one.
Hahaha! Rige, you can't make this stuff up. It's pure lunacy and irrationality. It starts to sound like a belligerent child that stomps their feet and pouts and holds their breath until it's like,"OK, OK, whatever you say." And then they can go back to playing in their sandbox - by themselves.
