Why, there is no state filing and no 8K which indicates a raise in the AS. You can claim anything but without a state filing there can be no change to the AS. I realize that a lie repeated often enough becomes truth, however, unless and until someone can provide a link it didn't happen. And, it didn't happen period. The AS is 500M and this ticker is now for a for real company with a for real lucrative contract with real employees as the CEO pointed out.
