pm, I think you just don't understand.

What happened: IF only (some amount) 3B came back.
The Pref's would have taken ALL of it even thou it is less than Full Face Value.
The Common wold get 0(ZERO), and that would be the END for Common. What the Judge did was MAKE sure Common got at least something.

BUT the Judge wanting to be FAIR TO ALL, allowed ALL VALUE returning to be split between Pref AND Common.
