Got any proof of this "off-the-wall" claim? There is no way in hell the Cowan people flew to Cincinnati to "assist" TAUG with ITS damage valuation! THE REPORT CLEARLY STATES THAT PAMELA O'NEILL SPOKE WITH JEROME HAMILTON OF OPEN THERAPEUTICS TO DETERMINE THE ESTIMATED VALUE...THE END! Or did several of us overlook the report's paragraph, explaining Cowan and Meyler also assisted or confirmed Pamela O'Neill's Pilus analysis? The report was pretty thorough in terms of how Ms. O'Neill calculated damages and there was definitely no mention of anyone from the Cowan being a participant!

Apparently TAUG's PAID CONSULTANT does not understand that the Expert Damage Analysis was BOUGHT and PAID for by TAUG. It is TAUG's initial effort to monetize the totality of the damages! It will now be Cowan's turn to rebut the analysis! The $1.5 million for Pilus is definitely in jeopardy!
