re the website, I"m curious - are you a website designer? My experience/observation is that people's reactions to websites are highly personal and that often those who know the industry well have reactions I completely disagree with.
I like the new website. It's easy on the eyes, is easy to navigate, tells what they do, and shows the competitive advantages on the first page. Simple is IMO always better.
