Any changes to the plan should have been voted in or out just as the original by the shareholders. Preferreds should not have any influence over the commons. Once they saw the assets they wanted more.They should be made whole with interest and then be out of the picture Preferred means first paid and not the right to the spoils.They have now become the vultures.
