The independent report is conservative and does not represent many costs, read the first page and that will tell you what they appraised.

Nowhere to be found is legal fees, punitive or how many shares had to be sold at discounted prices to pay to prosecute this lawsuit and keep TAUG current.

What do you think the the answer will be when they are asked at what price can Taug replace the billion or so shares issued, not just the 600k conversions. In addition, this is not even final, the final is not due until about a week.
