He meant the ask at .0003 would go away and .0004's will come up when the holder w/ the 125M gets .0003 for those shares. He's not talking about the bid going away, he's saying the .0003 ask will move to .0004. And, he's right. I believe the price will move fast when the flippers looking for .0003 are gone. Its a damn good sign when people are paying the ask after an uptick on a friday as well.
