CORRECT-potentially $PMPG working on MUCH BETTER new deal

I never liked the Satic deal. I much prefer OIL, MJ, or Bitcoin especially if they are already enjoying excellent revenues.
The SS here is incredible and the material events were all satisfied. Won't take much for a new management to come here and add immediate value to the pps.

Also- the DEBT was reworked here. That bodes quite well for us shareholders too. Makes the shell far more attractive to potential large revenue suitors wanting to go public but not via the IPO.
