You are correct, it is NOT the same company. The relaxation drink that you mentioned is Marley Beverages product. Note that JAMN had a deal with Marley Coffee to sell their coffee (only coffee) and not other beverage products. That deal got cancelled when JAMN intended and even attempted (court papers indicating: secretively) to make international deals regarding Marley Coffee, which of course Marley Company didn't approved and definitely didn't like.
