Since you are SO focused on the actual amount of the dividend, l'll put it to you this way, from an actual investors standpoint. Every single month, SIGO is going to buy me a nice bottle of Scotch, on the house.

You cant beat that! Unless you expand sqftage, bringing in more profit, in which case SIGO's dividend will buy me two bottles of scotch every month. Or a nice bottle of scotch and a bag of kush, decisions...
