No, he's wrong. IF (and that's a ridiculous if), they continued to pay out .60 per share, that's $2.40 per year or a current yield of a bit over 18%

WE must be sure you are on the same "page". We are referring to the FTRPR, again FTRPR,the preferred Shares. NOT FTR common as that "elf" or whatever it is seems to be referring to.
So do some DD with the COmpany and you will see the 50.9 % still stands. In speaking with mgt., specifically CFO, at FTR they advise they have the option of reducing this amount by giving more common shares.We are playing this close to the vest so to speak. One must stay close to this offering.
