OMG! First the "kids putting bags over the heads of robots" REVELATION and NOW THIS! Wow were we duped! LMAO. Now try going and doing some due dilligence on what being a Master distributor means (RAD is the master distributor throughout North America) and what a Sub Distributor is (MEM Robotics is a sub). This means that RAD is making money through MEM. WOW. What an enormous scam! I cant believe billion dollar companies like Verizon, Microsoft, and Allied Universal are in on it! Unsuspecting victims like me didn't stand a chance!

RAD is more than a distributor. They put the finishing touches on these robots and configure them for each customer. They are in the same office as SMP so to call them a mere distributor is misleading. They are partners.

Okay let get this straight because I would not buy stock in a distributor for Rad. Rad buys and then customizes the smp robot for the use in the security industry and then rents them out. Rad will pay almost 500K for x robots. at the low estimate this will bring 1.5 million in revenue and at the high side will bring 6mil. Yes Rad need 250K to finishing buying those bots and did dilute to get that money. Hopefully delivery time will be short for those bots and revenue can be seen in 1 to 2 months.

Like I said earlier this week by Jan Rad should be seeing 500K per month in revenue with out the overhead of paying off the bots. This should allow Rad to get more reservations and have the cash flow to buy new bots and keep expanding.

So any company with the money to buy a bot can do this so the value of OMVS/RAD is in the believe that the AI / battery technology / and other custom features can not be easily duplicated on a bot. I would also like to see an agreement with SMP that they will not sell bots to any other US customizer in the security sector.

This parsons argument I am not sure I agree with because he has a 15% stake in the company and is still not listed as CEO on the website which was supposed to happen quickly.
