Who is a startup? Steve is a distributor for a company that has been around for YEARS! Not sure I would consider SMP a start up. I guess Steve as a distributing partner for them would be considered a "startup"?

Or is it some twist Steve has put on it by using a pennystock to help finance HIS part of the distribution business?

I found it a little curious to say the least. Along with those forgiven loans Parsons made to him PRIOR to the merger being finalized.
