How does Bio's explanation make sense? The officers of the licensee are going to buy Anavex shares from LPC? Why doesn't the licensee buy the shares? Bio's approach seems to be a conflict of interest, in which the officers are gaining $$ at the expense of the licensee.

Like Xena, I can't follow the logic.
