Unfortunately It was also not brought up that the shares that were given in this deal were also at a discounted rate.... .36 when we were trading at .42 15% lower than the goin rate on the market at that time.... So if you add that to the 7% we have to pay for the 1 mil, you have a total of about 22% for your finance.... Seems like GTE perhaps might be in the "high risk" category and its just a fleecing that is being shown to shareholders.... I guess I will now take my bashing for bringing the facts to the surface.... So let my bashing begin.....
